Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut butter cups inspired by my mum's love of Reeses peanut butter cups. I'm pretty sure you can guess that they are chocolate cake, filled with Amareto spiked peanut butter, frosted with chocolate ganache, and ringed with peanut sprinkles. I didn't like 'em all that much, but everybody absolutely loved them!
